COMPOSITION OF THE PRODUCT
50 ml product contains:
- Valerian rhizomes and roots - 3.4 g;
- Hawthorn fruits - 1.65 g;
- Motherwort herb - 3.3 g;
Diluted ethyl alcohol 70% - up to 50 ml.
 

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Clear liquid, brown in color, with a characteristic aromatic smell, with a sweet-bitter taste.

WHAT IS TRICARDIN D
Tricardin D - complex phytopreparation, the action of which is determined by the properties of the biologically active substances of the plant products included in its composition.
Rhizomes with odolean roots show a pronounced sedative action.
Hawthorn fruits exhibit spasmolytic action, selectively dilating coronary and cerebral vessels; normalizes venous pressure, exhibits hypotensive and antiatherosclerotic action.
Aerial parts of the goose sole show sedative, hypotensive, negative chronotropic and cardiotonic action.
 

WHAT TRICARDIN D IS ADMINISTERED FOR
Adjuvant product in functional cardiovascular disorders, labile hypertension,
nervous hyperexcitability, anxiety states, sleep disorders, climacteric neurosis.
 

HOW TO ADMINISTER TRICARDIN D
Internally, 30 minutes before meals.
Doses are determined individually depending on the condition and age of the patient. Recommended dose - 1 each
teaspoon (5 ml) or 1 tablespoon (15 ml), diluted in a small amount of water, 2-3 times/day
 

CONTRAINDICATIONS
Hypersensitivity to the components of the product, hypotonia, children under 12 years of age.
 

WARNINGS AND SPECIAL ADMINISTRATION PRECAUTIONS
Concomitant administration with class III antiarrhythmic preparations, with cisapride, is not recommended.
With long-term administration of the product in increased doses, it is possible to decrease psychomotor reactions. When symptoms of CNS inhibition are detected (dynamia, mental inhibition), the doses are reduced or temporarily (within 5-7 days) the administration is stopped, then the product is administered in smaller doses.
The product potentiates the action of hypnotics.
The product is contraindicated in the first trimester of pregnancy. Breastfeeding women should stop breastfeeding during treatment.
It is administered with caution in case of driving vehicles and performing work that requires quick reaction and vigilance.
