100 g of collection contains:
Althea roots – 40 g
Coltsfoot leaves – 40 g
Oregano herbs – 20 g
In folk medicine, this herbal collection is used for inflammatory diseases of the respiratory tract: bronchitis, bronchopneumonia, bronchial asthma.
Mode of application:
5 g (1 tablespoon) of raw material is placed in an enamel bowl, poured with 200 ml of hot boiled water, covered with a lid and heated in a water bath for 15 minutes. Cool at room temperature for 45 minutes, filter, and squeeze out the remaining raw material. The volume of the resulting infusion is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.
Inside. Adults take 1/2 cup warm 2-3 times a day after meals. Children, depending on age, from 1 tablespoon to 1/4 cup 2-3 times a day after meals.
It is recommended to shake the infusion before use.
