Composition

50 ml of solution contains: marigold flowers - 5.0 g; 70% diluted ethyl alcohol - up to 50 ml.

Description of the preparation

Clear, reddish-brown liquid with a characteristic aromatic smell, with a bitter taste. During storage, the appearance of a non-essential precipitate is allowed.

Properties

The solution exhibits antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and cicatrizing properties.

Directions

Externally: in inflammatory diseases of the oral cavity and upper respiratory tract (stomatitis, gingivitis, periodontitis, pharyngitis, tonsillitis), in skin diseases (cuts, purulent wounds, furunculosis, acne), in gynecological practice for the therapy of cervical erosion.

Mode of administration

External. 1 teaspoon of the solution (5 ml) will be diluted with a glass of cooled boiled water and will be used in the form of gargles for processing the oral cavity and upper respiratory tract if necessary; in skin conditions, topical applications and compresses will be performed.

Side effects

In case of hypersensitivity to the preparation, allergic reactions are possible.

If any adverse reaction occurs, use should be discontinued.

Hypersensitivity to the components of the preparation.

Warnings and special precautions for use

The preparation contains 65-70% ethyl alcohol.

Avoid contact of the preparation with the mucous membrane of the eye. In case of accidental contact, immediately wash the eyes with plenty of water.

Store in a place protected from moisture and light, at temperatures below 25 ºC.
