Composition of the drug

Composition/tablet: Calcium hopantenate - 500 mg;

Excipients: carrier substance: microcrystalline cellulose, lactose monohydrate, potato starch; anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, talc; stabilizer: polyvinylpyrrolidone.

1 tablet = 500 mg calcium hopantenate (12 mg/66% RDI* pantothenic acid).

*RDI is the recommended daily intake(dose).

What is DEPOTIN, tablets and for what purposes it is used

"DEPOTIN" tablets affect the GABA-B receptor complex, increase the resistance of brain cells to hypoxia and the effects of toxic agents, stimulate anabolic processes in neurons, combine a moderate sedative effect with a mild stimulating effect. Reduces motor excitability with simultaneous streamlining of behavior. Increases mental and physical performance. "DEPOTIN" tablets cause inhibition of pathologically increased bladder reflex and detrusor tone.

"DEPOTIN" tablets are recommended for:

- mental retardation of varying severity, including behavioral disorders;

- hyperreactivity syndrome with attention deficit;

- neurosis-like states (stuttering, tic, enuresis);

- a decrease in intellectual productivity due to changes in the work of cerebral vessels (organic brain lesions of traumatic, toxic and neuroinfectious genesis);

- psycho-emotional overload, reduced mental and physical performance, to improve concentration and memorization;

- violations of urination.

Calcium hopantenate has a neuroprotective effect based on the inhibition of excessive activity of neuronal cells.

How to use DEPOTIN, tablets

Inside, after eating (after 15-30 minutes), preferably in the morning and afternoon.

Single dose for children 250-500 mg, daily dose 750-3000 mg divided into 3 doses.

Single dose for adults 250-1000 mg, daily dose 1500-3000 mg divided into 3 doses.

Children over 6 years: ½-1 tablet (250-500 mg) 3 times a day;

Adults: 1-2 tablets (500-1000 mg) 3 times a day.

The duration of application can vary from 1-3 months, if necessary up to

6 months. After 3-6 months, the reception can be repeated.

How to store DEPOTIN tablets

Store in a dry, dark place at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C.

Keep out of the reach of children.

Cautions

Individual intolerance to the components of the product, acute and severe kidney disease. Pregnancy and the period of breastfeeding. Children's age up to 3 years.
