Composition of the drug

Composition/bottle 100 ml: Calcium hopantenate (250 mg pantothenic acid) - 10 g;

Excipients: sweetener: sorbitol; acidity regulator: citric acid; preservative: potassium sorbate; emulsifier: glycerin; purified water; flavor additive.

5 ml syrup = 500 mg calcium hopantenate (12 mg/66% RDI* pantothenic acid)

*RDI is the recommended daily intake(dose).

What is DEPOTIN, syrup and for what purposes is it used

"DEPOTIN" syrup affects the GABA-B receptor complex, increases the resistance of brain cells to hypoxia and the effects of toxic agents, stimulates anabolic processes in neurons, combines a moderate sedative effect with a mild stimulating effect. Reduces motor excitability with simultaneous streamlining of behavior. Increases mental and physical performance.

"DEPOTIN" syrup causes inhibition of pathologically increased bladder reflex and detrusor tone.

"DEPOTIN" syrup is recommended for:

- children's perinatal changes in brain tissue;

- mental retardation of varying severity, including behavioral disorders;

- violations of the psychological status in children in the form of a general mental retardation (specific disorders of speech, motor function and their combinations) in the formation of school skills (reading, writing, counting, etc.);

- hyperreactivity syndrome with attention deficit;

- neurosis-like states (stuttering, tic, enuresis);

- a decrease in intellectual productivity due to changes in the work of cerebral vessels (organic brain lesions of traumatic, toxic and neuroinfectious genesis);

- psycho-emotional overload, reduced mental and physical performance, to improve concentration and memorization;

- urination disorders (nocturnal enuresis).

Calcium hopantenate has a neuroprotective effect based on the inhibition of excessive activity of neuronal cells.

How to use DEPOTIN, syrup

Inside, after eating (after 15-30 minutes). Single dose for children 1-15 ml (0.1-1.5 g), daily dose 1-30 ml (0.1-3.0 g).

For children, depending on age and disorders of the nervous system, the recommended daily dose is 30-50 mg / kg of body weight. Multiplicity of application 1-2 times a day.

1 ml syrup = 100 mg active ingredient.

The duration of application can vary from 1-4 months, if necessary up to 6 months. After a break of 1-3 months, the reception can be repeated.
