What Urolesan is and what it is used for

Urolesan is a phytopreparation that contributes to the elimination of sand and stones from the kidneys, urinary bladder and gall bladder. The components of the essential oils in the composition of the preparation reduce the inflammatory processes in the kidneys and urinary tracts, contribute to a more intense blood irrigation of the kidneys and liver, possess diuretic, cholagogic and bactericidal action, form a protective colloid in the urine, and also normalize the tone (stops spastic contraction ) of the smooth muscles of the upper urinary tract and the gall bladder. Urolesan is a source of flavonosides, organic acids, volatile oils.

Doses and method of administration

Adults and children 8-10 drops 3 times a day with sugar before meals. The duration of the administration course from 5 days to 1 month. Recommended daily intake(dose) – 30 drops.

Side effects

Nausea, dyspeptic phenomena, vertigo, drowsiness.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the components of the preparation.

Warnings and special precautions for use

It is administered with caution in case of a history of allergy to the components of the preparation.

At the appearance of any adverse reaction, even not mentioned in this instruction, the administration of the preparation will be interrupted.

Ethyl alcohol, used in the preparation of extracts, is found in the preparation in an amount of 60-80% V/V.

The product is administered with caution during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

In recommended daily doses, the preparation does not influence the reactivity of motor vehicle drivers and people who operate machines, which require increased attention.

Presentation, packaging: each 15 ml or 25 ml in glass bottles.

Storage: store away from moisture and light, at temperatures below 25 ºC.
